US Sen. Brown: AG Holder should resign

Republican U.S. Senator Scott Brown has called for the resignation of U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, saying Holder’s lost the confidence of the American people and Congress.

Holder is under fire for refusing to turn over documents related to a botched federal gun-tracking operation.

Brown says Holder “can’t effectively serve the President anymore. And, for the best interest of the country, I feel he should step down and resign.’’ Brown’s remarks came during an appearance Wednesday night on WBZ radio.
